HTC One X9 Leaks, Rumors, One X9 Spotted On TENAA, HTC One X9 Specification

We have previously seen few leaks about the HTC One X9 on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo and now it has been spotted on the most reliable source, China’s “Telecommunications Equipment Certification Centre”, TENAA. If we compare the previous and the fresh TENAA leaks about the HTC One X9 we find that they differ, while the previous leaks had shown flagship specs on the device but in the TENAA leak the smartphone is shown to feature mid-range specs.

This might point to the fact that previous leaks were the specs of the HTC M10. None the less, all these frequent leaks and the latest TENAA certification suggest that the HTC One X9 might see the light of the day very soon.

The Chinese certification body TENAA revealed a list of specs that we will discuss below in the article and with that they have also released, and four images of the One X9, which are the same as we have seen in the previous leaks about the smartphone.

On the front the HTC One X9 looks similar to one of HTC’s older Butterfly smartphone, the Butterfly S. However, when we come to the back of the device it does not have any similarities, it has a special area, which houses the primary camera that is most probably a 13 MP shooter and with that it has a dual LED flash.

Coming to the expected specs of the HTC One X9, the phone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display having a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and it supposed to have a 2.2GHz quad core processor under the hood, with 16GB of internal storage. The camera will most probably have a 13 MP camera on the rear and a 5 shooter on the front. There were also reports that the device will not have any physical buttons on the front face and it will also miss the fingerprint scanner. As the recently revealed One A9 runs the latest Android Marshmallow, the HTC One X9 is expected to run the latest version of Android too.

The phone is expected to be officially unveiled in the first quarter of 2016 paving the path for their flagship One M10. This year has not been the kind of year HTC will be proud of, they came up with the flagship device One M9 and the HTC One A9 a few weeks back.
