Acer Liquid Jade Primo Launched: In a world dominated by Android and iOS powered smartphones there are a very few options for the people who have had enough of both Android and iOS. The one option that comes other than these two is, Windows, which has a market share of just 1.7%, according to the latest Gartner numbers.
The Taiwanese smartphone maker Acer should its trust in Windows, by unveiling it’s Windows 10 running smartphone Acer Liquid Jade Primo at CES. The Liquid Jade Primo will eventually be launched in Europe in February and it will be carrying a price tag of 569 euros (Rs. 40,930 approximately).
Acer Liquid Jade Primo Specs and Features
The Acer Liquid Jade Primo was first featured at the IFA last year. Acer subscribed the Liquid jade Primo as a “PC in your pocket”, referring it to the Continuum feature that we first saw on the Windows Lumia 950, using which the smartphone can be used as a computer CPU. With this, the Acer Jade Primo becomes the first non-Microsoft smartphone to take advantage of this feature.

The Acer Liquid Jade Primo is a flagship device with all the flagship specifications and features. On the front, it sports a 5.5-inch AMOLED display that has a Full HD resolution. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and this is coupled with 3GB of RAM space. The smartphone comes loaded with 32GB of inbuilt storage.
Acer Liquid Jade Primo Camera Specs: 21MP Primary Camera
In the camera department, the rear of the smartphone houses a 21MP primary shooter with f/2.2 aperture and supported by dual LED flash. This is capable of 4K video recording. On the front, the smartphone sports a 8MP camera with an aperture of f/2.2.
Acer Liquid Jade Primo Price and Launch Date
The Liquid Jade Primo smartphone from Acer will come running the Windows 10 operating system and as already mentioned it will be the first non-Microsoft smartphone to support the Continuum feature. The news from reliable sources has informed that the Acer Liquid Jade Primo will first hit shelves in Europe in the next month of February and will carry a price tag of around $600. All other regions will have to wait for further announcements regarding the availability of the smartphone in their region.
